The Ramsey Badger Series provides excellent pulling power in a small package. The Badger has a 12v DC permanent magnet motor that uses minimal AMP draw, while providing 0.9 horsepower to drive the three-stage planetary gear system. Other features include a free-spool clutch and automatic load-holding brake not previously available on a Ramsey 2500 lbs winch. The Badger is also equipped with 50 ft. of spooled wire rope that is anchored to the winch drum.

Additionally, each winch includes a roller fairlead. To attach the fairlead to the winch, the mounting plate (RB2500-MP) must be used.
